6 Week Program for Chronic Pain

I get it. You've likely been getting many 'answers' from the medical system.

We expect that they will know, they will provide us with what we need to 'fix' this issue.

​

Sometimes the medical system just doesn't have the answer you are looking for.

​

Why? Pain is complex. With a little learning, you can simplify that complexity.

The Program Outline

Everyone is different. Our path into living with pain was as individual as you are from me. Trying to find an answer to 'fix' our pain within a (basically) cookie-cutter medical system isn't easy, and is usually very frustrating. Let's try something different, based on solid research, to look at the big picture of pain.

This isn't just an online program. You will get personalized support to fit into your life.

Starting with a 45 min one on one session with Amber (online) to talk about your history, your goals, your obstacles, and an assessment of your starting point. Followed by a personalized program that fits into your day.

 

You'll meet up with Amber 4 more times (30 min sessions) once you start the video series to ask questions, reflect on what you've learned and experienced, and keep your movement rehab program up to date.

BTW, when you sign up you are not committing to anything other than expressing your interest. When spaces open up, you'll be contacted and given the opportunity to register for the program. If the timing doesn't work for you, you can stay on the list for the next spot.

Day 2 & 3

Day 5 (and every week after)

Please fill out the contact form. Space is limited each month. You'll be contacted and sent the link to register once it opens. When you register, you'll receive the welcome email with instructions to get started. Instructions for the movement assessment and book your first 45 min session (and subsequent 4 sessions) with Amber.

These emails will have the workbook and manual for you to save and print off (recommended). Then on Day 3 you'll be asked to look at your schedule and set up the app, GoGet.Fit. This app will give you weekly support from Amber for all of the habits that you would like to build, including setting out a small amount of time each day to work on this program.

You'll receive the video of the week and each week on this day you'll be emailed the next video in the series. You can re-watch the videos as much as you like.

This takes work.
But you are not alone. This program gives you support.

Don't keep living each day waiting for someone to give you the answer.
The answer is in you.
